What if we told you there was a scientifically proven way to increase your running economy and decrease your risk from injury? Whether you are new to running or you're a seasoned vet, every runner could benefit from strength training. A strong & mobile runner is a healthy runner. We spend hours a week running to improve our cardio. Do your muscles and bones a favor and give them the attention they deserve. This is a 60 minute class that will focus on improving your balance, increasing your strength and power, as well as working on overall mobility. Brandon has designed a routine that will help you get faster and stay healthy while you chase your running goals!
